Cameron Parish Registrar of Voters has announced that there will be a Dec. 16, 2023 Special General Election for PCT 13, 16B Part and 17 for Police Juror District 5.

There will seven days of voting at Registrar of Voters office, 148 Smith Circle, Cameron. Saturday, Dec. 2, through Saturday, Dec. 9, (Excludes Sunday), from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Two days at the Grand Lake Library, 10200 Gulf Hwy, Grand Lake; Friday Dec. 8 and Saturday, Dec. 9, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Deadline for online registration through Geauxvote is Nov 25.

Deadline to request a mail ballot from Registrar (Other than military and overseas) is Dec. 12.

Deadline for Registrar to receive voted mail ballot (Other than military and overseas) is Dec. 15.
