The Minutes from the June meeting were approved. A motion was made by Ronald Nunez seconded by Shirley Gray all were in favor.
The financial report was approved. A motion was made by Ronald Nunez seconded by Shirley Gray, all were in favor.
Monthly bills were approved, a motion was made by Ronald Nunez, seconded by Shirley Gray all were in favor.
The board approved the following permits:
Permit# 230608 CP Marine Offloading, LLC
Permit# 230607 CP Marine Offloading, LLC
Permit# 230702 Cameron Parish Port, Harbor Terminal District
Permit# 230606 Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC.
Permit# 230609 Waterworks District No 1 of the Parish of Cameron, La
The board discussed the W1 West repairs that were made.
Mitch Thomas with K&M Engineering introduced his self to the board and let them know what services he offers.
Rusty Welch reported to the board on Venture Global’s storm water drainage plan. The parish still has concerns about the plan Venture Global has presented to them. When they reach an agreement the Police Jury will send a Permit to the Drainage Board to review and approve.
Scott Henry reported to the board W1 canal bridge #5 the bridge that burnt is back in place.
A motion was made by Ronald Nunez to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Shirley Gray, all were in favor.
