The Cameron Parish Waterworks District No. 9 met in regular session on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at South Cameron High School, 753 Oak Grove Hwy, Grand Chenier, LA 70643.
The following members were present: Mr. Kevin Warner, Ms. Earnestine Horn, and Mr. Shane Broussard.
The following members were absent: Mr. JC Baccigalopi, Mr. Armand Richard VI
Ms. Horn called the meeting to order.
It was moved by Mr. Warner, seconded by Mr. Broussard, and carried, that the minutes from the previous meeting are hereby approved.
It was moved by Mr. Warner, seconded by Mr. Broussard, and carried, that the financial statement is hereby approved.
It was moved by Mr. Broussard, seconded by Mr. Warner and carried, to adopt the 2023 millage rate.
It was moved by Mr. Warner seconded by Mr. Broussard and carried, that the monthly invoices are approved.
There being no further business, on the motion of Mr. Warner, seconded by Mr. Broussard and carried, the meeting was declared adjourned.
