DISTRICT NO. 9

The Cameron Parish Waterworks District No. 9 met in regular session on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at South Cameron High School, 753 Oak Grove Hwy, Grand Chenier, LA 70643.
The following members were present: Mr. JC Baccigalopi, Ms. Earnestine Horn, and Mr. Shane Broussard and Mr. Bubba Richard
The following members were absent: Mr. Kevin Warner
Mr. Baccigalopi called the meeting to order.
It was moved by Mr. Richard, seconded by Mr. Broussard, and carried, that the minutes from the previous meeting are hereby approved.
It was moved by Ms. Horn, seconded by Mr. Broussard, and carried, that the financial statement is hereby approved.
It was moved by Ms. Horn, seconded by Mr. Richard, and carried, to accept quote from Bolton Ford for $58,469.75 for a new work truck.
It was moved by Mr. Richard, seconded by Ms. Horn, and carried, to table building quotes to the next meeting.
It was moved by Mr. Broussard seconded by Mr. Richard and carried, that the monthly invoices are approved.
There being no further business, on the motion of Ms. Horn, seconded by Mr. Broussard and carried, the meeting was declared adjourned.
