Stacie Lynn Cryer, 56, of Sulphur died at her home Monday, Aug. 9, 2021. Stacie was born in Abbeville.

Stacie graduated as Valedictorian from Hackberry High School and also graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from McNeese University.

She is survived by her husband, Kirk Cryer; son, Ryan Cryer; daughter, Candice Trahan and husband, Todd; three grandchildren; parents, Johnny and Beryl Broussard; brother, Patrick Broussard; and sister, Amy Domingue.

A Celebration of Life Service was held Thursday, Aug. 12, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Chapel. Jody Barrilleaux was the Celebrant. Her wishes were to be cremated and laid to rest in Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Carlyss.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Team Gleason Foundation or Houston Methodist Hospital for the ALS Clinic.
