Regular Meeting
Grand Lake Library
December 16, 2021
Board President Ernest Roberts called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Board Members present were Ernest Roberts, Jaimie Boudreaux, Beth Ferguson and Kathleen Simon. Peter Posada, Wendy Harrington and Sonny McGee were absent. Ernest led the pledge of allegiance and Jaimie led the prayer. No public comment.
On the motion by Beth and seconded by Jaimie, and carried, the Library Board voted to accept the minutes of the last meeting.
On the motion by Jaimie and seconded by Kathleen, and carried, the Library Board voted to accept the financial report.
No action taken on LSSC contract.
On the motion by Kathleen and seconded by Jaimie, and carried, the Library Board voted to accept the change orders for Johnson Bayou building.
On the motion by Kathleen and seconded by Jaimie, and carried, the Library Board voted to rebuild Cameron Main building back as originally designed when built and remodeled.
On a motion by Kathleen and seconded by Beth, the board voted to accept the 2022 meeting dates. Delia Sanders gave library updates.
There being no further business and upon the motion of Kathleen seconded by Beth, and carried, the board voted unanimously to adjourn at 7:16 p.m.
