A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on Monday, February 21, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
Members Present: Travis LaBove, Terry J. Murphy, Bethany Moore, and Travis Welch.
Member Absent: Desiree Boykin.
Guest: Coy Vincent.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Travis LaBove and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to accept the regular meeting minutes as read.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Bethany Moore, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to receive Annual Financial Report and Independent Auditors Report for the year ending December 31, 2020 from Gragson, Cassiday, and Guillory prepared by Coy Vincent.
Motion was made by Bethany Moore, seconded by Travis Welch, and carried to adopt the LA Compliance Questionnaire for the 2020 Financial Review.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
