The Cameron Parrish School Board will receive bids for equipment to be located inthe new Hackberry High School Cafeteria. The bids for the cafeteria equipment will beaccepted until 9:00 am on Friday, April 15, 2022.
A bid form, list of specifications, and bid procedures for both school sites may be obtained from the Purchasing Department of the CAMERON PARISH SCHOOLBOARD OFFICE, 510 Marshall St., Cameron, LA, 70631. All bids must be submitted on or before the scheduled time and date. Envelopesshould be clearly marked, “Bid for Hackberry High School Cafeteria Equipment.”Sealed bids may be mailed or hand delivered to Cameron Parish School Board, Atten.tion: Dr. Holly Castile at 510 Marshall St., Cameron, LA 70631.
After stamping to acknowledge timely receipt, the bids will be publicly opened andread by the Child Nutrition Supervisor for the Cameron Parish School Board. Sole responsibility for proper delivery of bid is that of the bidder. Any offer received after closing time, Friday, April 15, 2022 at 9:00 am will be returned unopened.

The Cameron Parish School Board reserves the right to refuse or cancel any pricequotation based on the quality of goods, availability of products and/or servicesrendered.
