?PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Port Arthur Pipeline, LLC has applied for a 40 I Water Quality Certification for the Port Arthur Pipeline Louisiana Connector project. This application is a modification to two (2) existing 401 Water Quality Certifications to clear, grade, excavate, and place fill to install a 42″ natural gas pipeline and associated infrastructure, access roads, a meter station, and other associated infrastructure. Port Arthur Pipeline, LLC is proposing this modification to the previously approved route due to specific site conditions, updated surveys, and landowner requests. Port Arthur Pipeline, LLC is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507.A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
