The Cameron Lions Club will be hosting “Welcome Home To Cameron Parish” Friday, June 11, at the Creole Pavilion beginning at 3 p.m.

Free admission and Complimentary Jambalaya for attendees. Bring your lawn chairs and B.Y.O.B.

Music by Steelshot will be from 7-10 p.m. Band members are Travis Furs, Dwayne Haynie, Wes Haynie, Rusty Welch and Chris Louviere.

The Cameron Fishing Festival will be held Friday and Saturday, Aug. 6-7, at the Grand Chenier Park and Pavilion with the kickoff event, Captain’s Night on Thursday, July 29.
