There were concerns over raising funds for this year’s Rutherford Beach Fireworks Show because of the problems caused by COVID-19, Hurricane Laura and Hurricane Delta. The fireworks were expected to have a price increase of 20-25%, driven primarily by increased shipping costs from China.

In spite of all this, the Rutherford Beach crew was committed to putting on the best show possible.

Several generous sponsors have funded the entire show. Everyone is invited to come out and enjoy the 7th Annual Fireworks Show on Saturday, July 3, at 9:15 p.m.

Also, everyone is invited to the Rockin’ Rutherford Dance Log Party after the fireworks – located on the sand, 1/4 mile west of Rutherford Beach Road.
