FEBRUARY 24, 2021
Gravity Drainage District No. 4 held a regular meeting at the Grand Lake Water Works Office at 111 Dennis Lane, Sweet lake, Louisiana at 5:30 p.m. on February 24, 2021.
PRESENT: Shane Broussard, Leslie Griffith, and Dan Nunez
ABSENT: Mike Semien and Todd Morales
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Shane Broussard.
There was no one present for the public comment period.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Nunez and carried, the minutes of the January 26, 2021 meeting were approved.
On motion of Mr. Nunez, seconded by Mr. Griffith and carried, the financial report was approved.
There were no bills to approve this meeting.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Nunez and carried, the Board approved the Chairman to sign the permit for electricity at Oak Grove Structure.
There being no further business, on motion of Mr. Nunez, seconded by Mr. Griffith and carried, the meeting was declared adjourned.
