MARCH 17, 2021
Gravity Drainage District No. 4 held a regular meeting at the Grand Lake Water Works Office at 111 Dennis Lane, Sweet lake, Louisiana at 5:30 p.m. on March 17, 2021.
PRESENT: Shane Broussard, Leslie Griffith, Todd Morales, Mike Semien
ABSENT: Dan Nunez
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Shane Broussard.
Kara Bonsall of Cameron Parish Police Jury and Bryon Richard with Lonnie Harper & Associates were present for the public comment period. Aaron Pearce with Ducks Unlimited was also present for the public comment period. The Board and others present discussed the status of Lonnie Harper and Associates evaluating the laterals and possible FEMA funding for cleanup and maintenance on water control structures.
On motion of Mr. Semien, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the minutes of the February 24, 2021 meeting were approved.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the financial report was approved.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Semien and carried, the following bills were approved for payment.
Lonnie Harper and Associates, $3,161.45
There being no further business, on motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the meeting was declared adjourned.
