CPAD2 met on January 18, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the CPAD 2 Office at 979 Main St., Hackberry, La. 70645
Members Present: Calise Romero, Kattie Toups, Phyllis Doxey and Gwen Constance
Members Absent: Ronald Doucett and Randall McFatter
Guests: Darla Perry, Rhonda Coleman, Sam Coleman, Troy Meaux
Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m.
Pledge led by Mrs. Constance.
Prayer led by Mrs. Constance.
Members approved the October 27, 2020 board minutes with a motion by Mrs. Constance and a 2nd by Mrs. Doxey and carried unopposed.
When ask there were no public comments.
Old Business:
1. Undate on Hurricane Repairs (No Action)
New Business:
1. Mrs. Perry gave the payroll/bills and budget to actual reports and with a Motion by Mr. Romero and a 2nd by Mrs. Doxey to approve the reports as given and carried.
2. 2021 Auditor for Fiscal year ending December 31, 2020 was awarded to STEVEN M. DEROUEN & ASSOCIATES with a motion by Mrs. Doxey and a 2nd by Mr. Romero and carried.
3. Mrs. Coleman suggested the board consider giving Mrs. Perry a salary increase for 2021 and with a motion by Mrs. Constance and a 2nd by Mrs. Doxey the motion carried unopposed.
4. The Board was presented with the 2021 board meeting schedule to be advertised in the Cameron Pilot and with a motion by Mrs. Doxey and 2nd by Mrs. Constance it carried unopposed.
5. Mrs. Coleman gave the directors report of ambulance runs, transport billing and Troy spoke concerning upcoming education classes. With a motion by Mrs. Constance and a 2nd Mrs. Doxey it was carried to accept the directors report.
6. Mrs. Constance made a motion to adjourn and Mrs. Doxey made a 2nd and it carried meeting adjourned.
