Graduation Day is almost upon us! Area schools have special celebrations for the graduating classes of 2024. Here are the dates, times and locations:

Grand Lake

Grand Lake High School Senior Awards Ceremony will be held Monday, May 15, at Grand Lake High at 5:30 p.m.

Graduation ceremony will be held Tuesday, May 16, at the Sudduth Coliseum in Lake Charles at 6 p.m.

Hackberry

Hackberry High School Commencement exercises will be held Friday, May 12, at 7 p.m. in the Terry Murphy gynasium.

Johnson Bayou High School will not be having graduation as there are no seniors.

South Cameron High School Senior Awards Night will be held Thursday, May 9, in the cafetorium at 6 p.m.

The Commencement Program will be held Saturday, May 11, in the cafetorium at 10 a.m.
