Public Comment: None
The September Minutes and Financial Report were distributed to the board for review prior to the meeting. Jared Desormeaux asked if there was a motion to approve the minutes. Bobby Stansel made a motion to approve the minutes as presented and Will Aucoin seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
BOARD BUSINESS:
The meeting was called to order by vice-president Jared Desormeaux and the following business was discussed.
Brimstone has started to remove debris from the laterals and Brad expects them to have the job completed in another week.
We are waiting on government approval to proceed with the flap gate instillation on Maggie Hebert Rd.
On motion of Will Aucoin, seconded by Bobby Stansel and carried unanimously the board accepted the September 2021 Financial Report and approved the invoices for payment.
On motion of Bobby Stansel, seconded by Will Aucoin, and carried unanimously the Board elected to add the drainage tractor to the parish liability insurance policy.
On motion of Bobby Stansel, seconded by Will Aucoin, and carried unanimously the meeting was adjourned.
