The October Minutes and Financial Report were distributed to the board for review prior to the meeting. Wesley Hardin asked if there was a motion to approve the minutes. Bobby Stansel made a motion to approve the minutes as presented and Gordon Gremillion seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
BOARD BUSINESS:
The meeting was called to order by president Wesley Hardin and the following business was discussed.
Brimstone has finished the removal of debris from the laterals and a scope of work has been received from Cypress Engineering.
Review of the findings from the October 1st field meeting were that the end of Lakebreeze needs to be cleaned and a 30” culvert needs to be installed past the flap gate. The Colligan lateral was cleaned and debris was removed. The School House Marsh permit will be applied for to install water control structure. The culvert has collapsed and the flap gate needs to be repaired at Black Grass.
We are waiting on government approval to proceed with the flap gate instillation on Maggie Hebert Rd.
On motion of Gordon Gremillion, seconded by Bobby Stansel and carried unanimously the board accepted the October 2021 Financial Report and approved the invoices for payment.
On motion of Gordon Gremillion, seconded by Bobby Stansel, and carried unanimously the meeting was adjourned.
