DISTRICT NO 4
May 18, 2022
Gravity Drainage District No. 4 held a regular meeting at Grand Lake Water Works District #11 Office, 111 Dennis Lane, Bell City, Louisiana 70630, at 5:30 p.m., on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.
The meeting was called to order by Co-Chairman Dan Nunez
Board members present for the meeting were: Leslie Griffith, Todd Morales, and Dan Nunez.
Board members absent were Shane Broussard and Mike Semien.
Leonard Harper and Bryon Richard with Lonnie Harper & Associates along with Kara Bonsall, CPPJ were present for the public comment period.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the minutes of the Wednesday, April 20, 2022 meeting were approved.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the financial report was approved.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the following bills were approved for payment.
1. Jeff Davis Electric – $36.74
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, for the removal of debris from the West side of Creole Canal.
On motion of Mr. Morales, seconded by Mr. Griffith and carried, the Board agreed to purchase 5’ staff gauges at designated locations.
On motion of Mr. Morales, seconded by Mr. Griffith and carried, the Board asked for a work order for Cameron Parish Police Jury to install culvert with outgoing flap and have culvert examined for repairs.
There being no further business, on motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the meeting was declared adjourned.
