GRAVITY DRAINAGE
DISTRICT NO 4
June 29, 2022
Gravity Drainage District No. 4 held a regular meeting at Grand Lake Water Works District #11 Office, 111 Dennis Lane, Bell City, Louisiana 70630, at 5:30 p.m., on Wednesday, June 29, 2022.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Shane Broussard.
Board members present for the meeting were: Leslie Griffith, Todd Morales, and Dan Nunez.
Board member(s) absent was Mike Semien.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Nunez and carried, the minutes of the Wednesday, May 25, 2022 meeting were approved.
Thomas McDaniel, CPPJ Police Juror and Monty Pearce, CPPJ employee were present for the public comment period. The discussion was concerning Rotork motor operators and work orders needed.
On motion of Mr. Nunez, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the Board approved the building of an aluminum box to store stop logs in for the Welfare Bridge Structure.
On motion of Mr. Morales, seconded by Mr. Griffith and carried, the Board approved to hire All Phase Electric to repair the fence at the Welfare Bridge Structure.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Nunez and carried, the financial report was approved.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the following bills were approved for payment.
1. Jeff Davis Electric – $40.42
2. Elite Diving – $900.00
3. Cameron Pilot – $84.00
4. All Phase Fence – $1,450.00
There being no further business, on motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the meeting was declared adjourned.
