Cynthia “Cyndi” Ann Seamons Primeaux, 64, of Grand Lake, died Thursday, Jan. 14, 2021 at Christus Oschner St. Patrick Hospital.

She was born in Lake Charles. She graduated from Grand Lake High School in 1976. She attended Demmon’s School of Beauty in Lake Charles and worked as a stylist at Jackie’s Hair Styling in Lake Charles. After her position as a stylist, she began work as a stay-at-home mother.

She is survived by her husband, Patrick Primeaux; daughter, Christian Abshire of Big Flats, N.Y.; one granddaughter; and one sister, Grace Robideaux of Grand Lake.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Thelma Seamons; and one brother.

The funeral service was held Tuesday, Jan. 19, at Hixson Funeral Home in Lake Charles. Pastor George Rodriguez of Vineyard Church Lake Charles officiated. Burial followed at Sweet Lake Grand Lake Community Cemetery.
