Christopher Anthony Guidry, 58, died in Dallas, Texas Monday, Aug. 8, 2022.

He was born in Creole. He graduated from South Cameron High School and was employed as a cross country truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald Guidry, and Mary Jane (Marceaux) Sturlese and her husband, Gene; paternal grandparents, Clarence and Lucille Guidry; and maternal grandparents, Louis and Editha Marceaux.

He is survived by his sisters, Melanie Ross of Port Angeles, Wash., Michelle Mouton of Lake Charles, and Monique Pradia of Mamou; and companion, Tony Broussard of Arlington, Texas.

Graveside services were held in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Creole on Sunday, Aug. 14, under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Rev. Roland Vaughn was Celebrant.
