The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that there will be alternating lane closures along LA 27 from Mile Marker 71 (Ellender Bridge) to Mile Marker 75 (Burton Shipyard Road) until Friday, Sept. 29.

Closures will be in effect from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. daily.

The closures are necessary for crews to perform pavement patching.
