Cameron Parish Waterworks District #7 met in regular session on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 4:15 p.m. at South Cameron High School, in the town of Creole.
Members present Michelle Trahan, Kimily Bourriaque, Gabe LaLande, Vickie Kiffe.
Members absent none.
Michelle Trahan called the meeting to order.
Kimily Bourriaque led the pledge of allegiance.
Gabe LaLande made a motion to approve the minutes from January 23, 2023, meeting, it was seconded by Kimily Bourriaque.
Logan Manuel gave an update on the repair to the Roy Bailey Well.
The board discussed and agreed on the following items.
1. That all established permitted RV parks with 50 or less campers would be charged $20 per camper, that are present on day meter are read, per each month.
2. When a customer causes damage to Waterworks property, and no One Call was called in prior to digging, the customer is responsible for the expense of the repairs.
The attached resolution was read out loud and the millage was set as stated, 15.330 mills. Vickie Kiffe made a motion to approve, it was seconded by Gabe LaLande.
Vickie Kiffe made a motion to approve the financial statement, it was seconded by Gabe LaLande.
Vickie Kiffe made a motion to pay bills, it was seconded by Gabe LaLande.
Kimily Bourraique made a motion to adjourn, it was seconded by Gabe LaLande.
