SPECIAL SESSION
March 15, 2023
The Cameron Parish Police Jury met in special session on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, in the Cameron Parish West Annex Board Room in the Village of Cameron, Louisiana at 11:00 o’clock A.M. The following members were present: Mr. Joe Dupont, Mr. Kirk Quinn, Mr. Curtis Fountain, Mr. Thomas McDaniel, Mr. Scott Trahan, Mr. McKinley Guidry, Mr. Lawrence Faulk, and Mr. Magnus McGee. No member was absent.
It was moved by Mr. Quinn, seconded by Mr. Faulk, and carried, that the Jury shall go into Executive Session to discuss Hurricane Laura/Delta Insurance Litigation, Opioid Litigation, Amendment No. 2 to CEA & PILOT with Sabine Pass LNG L.P., Amendment No. 4 to CEA with Venture Global, and the FTZ Application for Venture Global. The vote thereon was as follows:
YEAS: Joe Dupont, Kirk Quinn, Curtis Fountain, Thomas McDaniel, Scott Trahan, McKinley Guidry, Magnus McGee, and Lawrence Faulk
NAYS: None
ABSENT OR NOT VOTING: None
The president called the meeting back to order and the Jury returned to regular session.
No action was taken, the items are on the 2:00 P.M. voting agenda meeting.
There being no further business, it was moved by Mr. Faulk, seconded by Mr. Quinn, and carried, the meeting was declared adjourned.
