BOARD MEETING
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Delia Sanders, Paul Sellers, Shantell McDaniel
FIREMEN PRESENT: Chief Tim Dupont, Angel Baccigalopi, Clarence Dyson Jr, Ryan Mallory
OTHERS PRESENT: Davy Doxey
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. and the pledge was led by Paul. On a motion by Paul and seconded by Shantell, the minutes of the last meeting were approved. On a motion by Paul and seconded by Shantell, the financial report was approved.
Chief Dupont reported that the PIAL papers were sent off and he was just waiting for the notice of when they were going to do the inspection.
On a motion by Paul and seconded by Shantell, discussion about new tires and a lift or tracks for the Gator was added to the agenda. Ben was to be contacted to check and see which was the more feasible option.
On a motion by Paul and seconded by Shantell, it was agreed to wait until quotes were supplied and discuss it at the next meeting.
There being no other comments, on a motion by Paul and seconded by Shantell, the meeting was adjourned at 5:56 p.m.
