BOARD MEETING
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Delia Sanders, Paul Sellers, Tammy Peshoff
FIREMEN PRESENT: Chief Tim Dupont, Jennifer Jones, Ryan Mallory, Angel Baccigalopi
OTHERS PRESENT: Davy Doxey
The meeting was called to order at 5:38 p.m. and the pledge was led by Paul. On a motion by Paul and seconded by Tammy, the minutes of the last meeting were approved. On a motion by Tammy and seconded by Paul, the financial report was approved.
On a motion by Paul and seconded by Tammy, it was approved to have Katie set up a LAMP account with Angel given the authority to monitor the statements.
Chief reported that another truck needed to be found to buy as the pump truck is 25 years old and constantly needs repairs. It was suggested to start and run all trucks at least once a week to catch anything wrong before having to go to a fire.
On a motion by Paul and seconded by Tammy, the meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
