Wilton “Buck” James Young, 61, of Sweetlake died Wednesday, July 14, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilton John Young and Annie Aniocede Primeaux Young; and three brothers.

He is survived by his wife, Jude “Yvett” LeBert Young of Sweetlake; son Jeremy James Young of Sulphur; daughter, Niki Brown and husband, Thomas Brown of Lake Charles; 11 grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Nunez of Sweetlake, and Cathy A. Trahan of New Iberia.

Funeral service was held Saturday, July 17, at Hixson Funeral Home in Lake Charles. Burial followed at Grand Lake – Sweetlake Cemetery.
