PROGRAM (RCIP)

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks a vendor to supply the appropriate materials and equipment, as well as training and support of local Cameron Parish staff to install and operate (37) watershed rain gauge and flood alert monitoring devices throughout Cameron Parish, Louisiana. The project is funded under the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Louisiana Office of Community Development (LOCD) Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CBDG-DR), Louisiana Resilient Infrastructure Program (RCIP), to Cameron Parish Police Jury (CPPJ).

This procurement is subject to applicable federal procurement requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200, applicable HUD CDBG-DR requirements, the Louisiana Office of Community Development–Disaster Recovery (LOCD-DR) RCIP Program requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The successful proposer will be required to comply with all applicable federal and state contract requirements identified in the CDBG-DR/RCIP procurement requirements and RCIP CDBG-DR Rider included in the solicitation documents. All proposers shall comply with applicable federal, state, and local conflict-of-interest requirements, including applicable requirements of 2 CFR Part 200 and 24 CFR § 570.489.

Attention of Proposers is called particularly to Section 109 (Non-Discrimination) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Section 503 (Non-Discrimination Against Employees with Disabilities) and Section 504 (Non-Discrimination Against Individuals with Disabilities) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Segregated Facilities, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal government and State of Louisiana and bonding and insurance requirements.
