WATER DISTRICT NO. 11

PROCEEDINGS

August 17, 2026

There was a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Water District No. 11 at 6:00 p.m., Monday, August 17, 2026 at the Grand Lake Waterworks office.

PRESENT:   Grace Robideaux, Shelly Medlock, John T Constance

ABSENT: Jerome Verzwyvelt and Carl Granger

On motion of Shelly Medlock, seconded by John T Constance and carried unanimously, the agenda was approved as posted.  

On motion of John T Constance, seconded by Shelly Medlock and carried unanimously, the minutes from the July 20, 2026 regular meeting were approved as previously sent out.

On motion of Shelly Medlock, seconded by John T Constance and carried unanimously, approval for the performance raise of $0.75 per hour for Michael Cayd Granger.

On motion of John T Constance, seconded by Shelly Medlock and carried unanimously, there are three tests required for level 1 and three additional tests required for level 2, for a total of six tests. Employees who successfully complete and pass each test will receive a $0.50 per hour pay increase upon passing.

There was a financial report given for the month ending July 20, 2026 by Kaylee Thomas.

On motion of Shelly Medlock, seconded by John T Constance and unanimously, the financial statements for the period ending and July 31, 2026 which reflect budget comparison were accepted as presented.

The Superintendent’s Report was presented by Jacob Nunez.

On motion of John T Constance, seconded by Shelly Medlock, and carried unanimously, all bills were approved for payment.

There being no further business, on motion of John T Constance, seconded by Shelly Medlock, and carried unanimously, the meeting was declared adjourned.
