By virtue of a writ of SEIZURE AND SALE issued to me directed by the Honorable Court aforesaid, I have seized and will offer for sale at public auction to the last and highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement, at The Cameron Parish Law Enforcement Complex Building, located at 124 Recreation Center Lane, Cameron, LA 70631, on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at l0:00 a.m. the following described property to-wit:
Tract B of Lot 3 of the PARTITION OF THE HEIRS OF AMIA AND CORNELLA DUHON in the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N/2 of SE/4) of Section 15, the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4 of SE/4) of Section 15, the East Half of the East half (E/2 of E/2) of Section 22, and the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4 of NE/4) of Section 27, all in Township 12 South, Range 8 West, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, as per Plat of Survey for George Duhon recorded in Conveyance Book 522, Page 111, records of Cameron Parish, Louisiana, together with all improvements situated thereon.
