Primeaux announces run for JDEC board

Denny Primeaux, a lifelong resident of the Holmwood area, is seeking election as a representative for Jeff Davis Electric Board of Directors District 6.

Primeaux has been a member of Jeff Davis Electric Co-Op for 48 years, serving 12 of those years as a District 6 Board of Directors representative.

A graduate of Bell City High School, he served six years in the National Guard before becoming a farmer of cattle, rice and soybeans. He was honored multiple times as an outstanding agent.

Primeaux along with Patty, his wife of 48 years, frequently support community events, rodeos, and he is an active member of the Cajun French Music Association.
