The Cameron Parish Police Jury will meet Thursday, July 9, in an agenda meeting at 10 a.m. and a voting meeting at 2 p.m.

In the morning meeting, Darrell Williams will present the 2020 ad valorem tax millage projections, and CPA Coy Vincent will discuss the 2019 audited financial statements. Katie Barnes, of Audubon Louisiana will also make a presentation.

In the voting meeting, 2020 millage rates for the Police Jury and related entities will be adopted, and a number of parish board appointments will be made. Bids will be accepted for the Kings Bayou water relief structure.

More items will likely be added to the agendas in the coming week.
