A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on Monday, September 18, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.
Members Present: Terry J. Murphy, Travis LaBove, Bethany Moore, Desiree Boykin and Travis Welch.
Members Absent: None.
Guests: None.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Travis Welch and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Desiree Boykin, and carried to accept the regular meeting minutes as read.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Desiree Boykin, and carried to accept low bid of $54,413.42 from Fitness First LLC for Work Out Room Equipment.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Desiree Boykin, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
