Minutes of Meeting –
October 10, 2023, 6:00 p.m.

Members Present: Wesley Hardin, Bobby Stansel, Gordon Gremillion
Members Absent: Jared Desormeaux, Will Aucoin
Employees Present: Brad Hinton and Shaun Kyle
The meeting was called to order by president Wesley Hardin and the following business was discussed.
Public Comment: None
On motion of Gordon Gremillion, seconded by Bobby Stansel and carried unanimously the Board approved the previous meeting minutes.
On motion of Bobby Stansel, seconded by Gordon Gremillion and carried unanimously the Board approved the permits for Dempsey G. Jackson Jr. and JDEC.
The quotes for the new building were tabled until the next meeting.
Lateral maintenance and upcoming projects were discussed and operator updates were given by Brad Hinton. The drainage at Hwy. 390 and Floyd Little Rd, Sam Breaux lateral, Barry Bruce A & B laterals, Bourg Port Rd. drainage, Kaough lateral, and Larry Curry lateral have all been completed in the past month.
On motion of Gordon Gremillion, seconded by Bobby Stansel and carried unanimously the Board accepted the September 2023 Financial Report and Actual vs Budget Report.
On motion of Bobby Stansel, seconded by Gordon Gremillion and carried unanimously the Board approved the invoices for payment.
On motion of Bobby Stansel, seconded by Gordon Gremillion and carried unanimously the meeting was adjourned.
