The Cameron Parish Water and Wastewater District No. 1 Board met in regular session on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 4:00 PM in the water district office located at 126 Ann Street in the town of Cameron, Louisiana.
Guest:
Vice President Tammy Peshoff called the meeting to order.
The Pledge was led by Tammy Peshoff along with roll call and the voluntary Prayer.
Roll Call: Present: Tammy Peshoff, Tammy Vincent, and Kathy Guthrie
Absent: Fred Sanders and Chris Mooney
On a motion by Tammy Vincent, seconded by Kathy Guthrie and carried, to approve and dispense from reading the regular session September 2023 minutes.
On a motion by Kathy Guthrie, seconded by Tammy Vincent and carried, to approve the financial statement, including the Actual vs Budget, for the month of September 2023.
On a motion by Tammy Vincent, seconded by Kathy Guthrie and carried, that the bills for the month of September 2023 be paid.
The approval to sell the 2011 Homestead Cargo trailer used for chlorine storage but was damaged in Hurricane Laura on August 2020 was made at the September 26, 2023 board meeting. The trailer was picked up by Tim Hamilton on October 24, 2023 and the notarized title was mailed Monday, October 30, 2023.
On a motion by Kathy Guthrie, seconded by Tammy Vincent and carried, there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
