MINUTES OF MEETING
JULY 28TH 2020
A meeting was held by the Board of Directors of the Cameron Parish Beachfront Development Dist. No. 2 at 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 184 East Creole Highway in Creole, Louisiana.
Board members present were: Kim Murphy, Johnny Pruitt, Peggy Griffith, Vickie Kiffe and JoAnn Nunez
Absent: None
Guest: None
The meeting was called to order by JoAnn Nunez, as well as leading the Pledge. Kim Murphy led the voluntary prayer.
Public Comments: There were no Public Comments
On a motion by Kim Murphy, seconded by Peggy Griffith and carried, that the minutes for the July 28, 2020 regular session meeting were approved.
On a motion by Kim Murphy, seconded by Peggy Griffith and carried, that all outstanding bills be paid.
The rock laying project began around the first of July 2020.
On a motion by Johnny Pruitt, second by Vickie Kiffe and carried to elect Peggy Griffith as Vice President.
The board agreed that the pavilion rental price be set at $125.00 per day.
On a motion by Vickie Kiffe, seconded by Johnny Pruitt and carried, that there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
