NOTICE
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article IV, Section 21(D)(1) of the Louisiana Constitution, that on May 11, 2023, Entergy Louisiana, LLC (“ELL”), a public utility providing retail electric and gas service throughout the State of Louisiana, filed with the Louisiana Public Service Commission (“LPSC”) its proposed new renewable tariff: Geaux Zero Emissions Resource Option (“Geaux ZERO” or “Rider GZ”). Geaux ZERO is a voluntary rate schedule that sets forth the parameters under which ELL’s eligible customers can align some or all of their monthly electricity requirements with new renewable resources to be located in Louisiana along with renewable energy credits from those facilities. Geaux ZERO charges would be in addition to the charges paid by the customer under their otherwise applicable rate schedules and riders.
