DISTRICT NO 4
JUNE 15, 2020
Gravity Drainage District No. 4 held a regular meeting at the Creole Fire Station in Creole, Louisiana at 5:30 p.m., Monday, June 15, 2020.
PRESENT: Shane Broussard, Leslie Griffith, Todd Morales, Dan Nunez and Mike Semien
ABSENT: none
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Shane Broussard.
Mr. Chris Wheat and Mr. Bryon Richard with Lonnie Harper & Associates were present for the public comment period. The group discussed the upcoming projects and timelines.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the minutes of the May 18, 2020 meeting were approved.
On motion of Mr. Semien, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the financial report was approved.
On motion of Mr. Semien, seconded by Mr. Griffith and carried, the following bills were approved for payment.
Jeff Davis Electric, $50.68
Cameron Cable and Cordage, $42.00
On motion by Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the board approved adding the following permit to the agenda for approval:
LCUP#200601 – Cameron Parish Gravity Drainage District No.4, LOCATION OF PERMIT – Creole area, Section 29, T14S, R07W; Section 30, T14S, R07W (propose to perform maintenance dredging along 6,642 LF of drainage lateral, “G”), Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
On motion by Mr. Morales, seconded by Mr. Semien and carried, the board approved the above described permit.
There being no further business, on motion of Mr. Semien, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the meeting was declared adjourned.
