NOTICE FOR BIDS
The Cameron Parish School Board will receive sealed bids until 9:00 am, Thursday, June 11, 2020, for the following supplies for the School Nutrition Program of Cameron Parish Schools for the 2020-2021 School Year (August 1, 2020 – May 30, 2021):
• Bid # 2020-09-02
– Food, Produce, Non-Food, & Milk: Bid # 2020-09-02
• Vendors may submit for all or Milk only
• Bid # 2020-09-03
– Dish-Machine Rental/Pot & Pan Chemicals/Cleaning Supplies: Bid # 2020-09-03

Bid price on all items should be the delivery price to the CPSB. All bids must be submitted on or before the above date/time.
Envelopes should be marked “BID ON SCHOOL NUTRITION SUPPLIES”. Mailed/hand delivered bids should be sent to the above address.
Bids may also be submitted electronically security/password protected to: www.centralbidding.com. The following information is included on all pages of all correspondence:
Vendor Name as registered with LA Secretary of State-Corporation Database. Vendor Sales Rep & Contact Info, Formal Bid #, Bid due Date/Time
