NOTICE IS GIVEN that the provisional administrator of this succession has petitioned this court for authority to enter into a Release and Settlement Agreement with Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co., LLC to settle and compromise the claims against Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co., LLC of the succession in the consolidated lawsuits “P & A Miller, LLC and the succession of Max Kaplan v Tennessee Gas Transportation Company, et al.” No. 10-19359 c/w 10-19519, and reserving the Succession’s claims against Kinetica Partners, LLC and Kinetica Energy Express, LLC. Any heir or creditor who opposes the porposed Release and Settlement Agreement must file his opposition within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice.
