The Minutes from the December meeting were approved. A motion was made by Ryan Mallory seconded by Shirley Gray all were in favor.
The financial report was approved. A motion was made by Ryan Mallory seconded by Shirley Gray, all were in favor.
The bills were approved. A motion was made by Shirley Gray seconded by Ryan Mallory all were in favor.
Rusty Welch reported to the board he has met with Kara Bonsall about the maintenance agreement of the pumps. She spoke with her legal department and they will write up an agreement for the board to review.
Rusty Welch discussed with the board about fixing the staff gauges that were damaged by the hurricanes. A motion was made by Scott Henry to replace damaged staff gauges and add new ones where they are needed. The motion was seconded by Ryan Mallory all were in favor.
A motion was made by Scott Henry to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Shirley Gray, all were in favor.
