MINUTES OF MEETING
MARCH 27, 2023
A meeting was held by the Board of Directors of the Cameron Parish Beachfront Development Dist. No. 2 at 4:30 P.M. on Monday, March 27, 2023, at 126 Ann Street Cameron, Louisiana.
Board members present were: Kim Murphy, Tina Payne, Vickie Kiffe, and Susan Boudreaux
Absent: Peggy Griffith
Guest: None
Public Comments: There were no Public Comments
The meeting was called to order by Vickie Kiffe as well as the roll call. The Pledge was led by Tina Payne and the voluntary Prayer was led by Susan Boudreaux.
On a motion by Kim Murphy, seconded by Tina Payne, and carried, the minutes for the November 2022, regular session meeting were approved & dispensed from reading aloud.
As adopted in November 2022, there were no December 2022, January 2023, February 2023, & April 2023 meetings.
On a motion by Kim Murphy, seconded by Susan Boudreaux, and carried, that the bills for January & February 2023 are to be paid.
On a motion by Kim Murphy, seconded by Tina Payne, and carried, to keep the President & Vice President the same as the previous year of 2022. Vickie Kiffe – President & Peggie Griffith – Vice President
On a motion by Susan Boudreaux, seconded by Tina Payne, and carried, to order the Sun Sail covers for the pavilion, schedule electricity install/hook-up with Jeff Davis Electric Coop, & order the Rip Tide signs that coincide with District #1 Beachfront Development, located in Holly Beach & Johnson Bayou.

None – All discussions made were finalized in the minutes above.
COMPLETED PROJECTS:
There are no completed projects at this time.
On a motion by Kim Murphy, seconded by Tina Payne and carried, that there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
