OCTOBER 21, 2020
Gravity Drainage District No. 4 held a regular meeting at Lonnie Harper & Associates office in Sweetlake, Louisiana at 4:30 p.m., Wednesday October 21, 2020.
PRESENT: Shane Broussard, Leslie Griffith, Todd Morales, Dan Nunez
ABSENT: Mike Semien
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Shane Broussard.
Mr. Chris Wheat with Lonnie Harper & Associates was present for the public comment period. The group discussed the upcoming projects and timelines related to Hurricane Laura clean up.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Nunez and carried, the minutes of the August 17, 2020 meeting were approved. The September meeting was canceled due to everyone being displaced by Hurricane Laura.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Morales and carried, the financial report was approved.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Nunez and carried, the following bills were approved for payment.
DC’s Charters, $965.00
Leslie Griffith (Lake Charles Sling), $15.43
Jeff Davis Electric, $104.48
Stan’s Airboat, $20,000.00
There being no further business, on motion of Mr. Morales, seconded by Mr. Nunez and carried, the meeting was declared adjourned.
