DETERMINATION
The LDEQ, Office of Environmental Services, has reviewed a Solid Waste Type ID C & D Woodwaste Landfill Permit Application from Wilkerson Transportation Inc., P. O. Box 19037,Lake Charles, LA 70616-9037 for the Wilkerson Scrap Facility and determined that it is administratively complete. The application was received on May 28, 2021. The facility is located at 1633 Marshall Street in Cameron Parish.
Wilkerson Transportation, Inc. proposes to obtain a Class III Permit for its Solid Waste Type III C & D Woodwaste Landfill site.
