Visitors: Rusty Welch, Phillip Dyson Jr.
Minutes from the August meeting was approved. A motion was made by Scott Henry seconded by Cecil Clark all were in favor.
The financial report for August was approved. A motion was made by Ryan Mallory seconded by Cecil Clark, all were in favor.
The bills for August were approved. A motion was made by Ryan Mallory seconded by Cecil Clark, all were in favor.
Rusty Welch reported to the board on the progress of hurricane Laura. Cecil Clark made a motion to allow Rusty Welch to rent needed equipment. The motion was seconded by Ryan Mallory, all were in favor.
The board discussed and agreed to hold 2 meetings in October to keep updated on the progress of hurricane Laura . One will be held on October 6 and the regular monthly scheduled meeting to be held on October 20. Both meetings will be held at 9:00 a.m.
A motion was made by Scott Henry to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Ryan Mallory, all were in favor.
