Minutes from the July meeting was approved. A motion was made by Scott Henry seconded by Shirley Gray all were in favor.
The financial report for July was approved. A motion was made by Scott Henry seconded by Cecil Clark, all were in favor.
The bills for July were approved. A motion was made by Shirley Gray seconded by Cecil Clark, all were in favor.
Rusty Welch reported to the board the permit is in progress for culverts on Leesburg Street. The permit has to be advertised to the public for comment. This will take 30 to 45 days to process.
The Recreation Board has a culvert that is in our inventory. The culvert is located south of the Rec on the road that goes to the beach. Road & Bridges and Police Jury member Scott contacted Rusty Welch about get this culvert fixed. The Rec would like this culvert replaced. The board discussed this, a motion was made by Scott Henry to pay for the permit only to have this culvert replaced. The motion was seconded by Cecil Clark one member was in favor one member was against. The motion was passed
A motion was made by Scott Henry to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Shirley Gray, all were in favor.
