Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District
November 15, 2021
A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
Members Present: Terry J. Murphy, Bethany Moore, Travis LaBove, and Travis Welch.
Member Absent: Desiree Boykin.
Guest: Curtis Vincent.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Bethany Moore and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to accept the regular meeting minutes as read.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Travis Welch, and carried to accept the resignation of Charlene Constance.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Travis LaBove, and carried to promote Denise Beard to Evening Kitchen Manager at $16.00 per hour effective November 16, 2021.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Travis Welch, and carried to advertise for sealed bids for 2 projects.
1 – Bleacher Canopies
2 – Bleachers and Dugout Benches
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
