?LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Cameron Parish Port, Harbor & Terminal District has applied for a 401 Water Quality Certification for the proposed Calcasieu River Loop Maintenance Dredging project to dredge 1,762,967 cubic yard of native material from the Calcasieu River Loop Pass and beneficially use the material for marsh creation in Cameron, Cameron Parish. Cameron Parish Port, Harbor & Terminal District is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507.A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
