Sealed Bids will be received until the hour of 2:00 p.m., on March 18, 2021 at the Jeff Davis Electric Co-Op, 906 N. Lake Arthur Ave., Jennings, Louisiana, and opened at 2:00 p.m., at which time they will be publicly read.
To be a valid delivery, Sealed Bids must be delivered by hand to Jeff Davis Electric Co-Op (JDEC) during the normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday on or before 2:00 p.m., March 18, 2021.
Sealed bids delivered to any other Jeff Davis Electric Co-Op location or other room number prior to the bid receipt deadline will not be considered.
This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor and equipment necessary to provide Generation power at JDEC substations south of the Intracoastal Waterway.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid
Conference will be held on Thursday, February 25,
at 10:00 A.M.
at the JDEC Office
located at 815 LA 27,
Bell City, LA 70630
All bidders are required to attend.
