Elora Murl Styron, 78, of Westlake died Tuesday, July 12, 2022.

She was born and raised in Cameron and Creole and was a lifelong resident of Louisiana. She was a South Cameron graduate and enjoyed working for Wendell’s Electric Company for many years.

She is survived by her best friend, Roger Broussard; three children, Shannon Styron and wife Edna, Wallace Styron and wife Kristy, and Tara Labove; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Styron, Sr.; and parents, Enos “Chick” and Lola Domingue.

Funeral services were held Saturday, July 16, at Johnson Funeral Home. Marcus Wade officiated. She was laid to rest at Highland Memory Gardens.
